Here's what's included in this package:

1. Personalised 1:1 Consultation (60 minutes via Zoom). We'll dive deep into your specific sleep concerns and challenges during our consultation. Together, we'll develop a customised plan that aligns with your family's lifestyle and values. Say goodbye to sleepless nights and hello to a well-rested household!

2. Recommendations + Resources emailed to you, providing a wealth of knowledge to support you in implementing sleep changes effortlessly. Plus, you'll receive a sign-off Sleep Schedules Guide for Babies 4 Months to 3 Years so you're never left wondering when to transition or adjust nap times in the future.

Your personalised recommendation notes may cover various aspects, including:

  • Age-appropriate sleep schedules
  • Gentle settling methods to guide your baby to sleep (No cry-it-out methods or time intervals. We focus on in-the-room and responsive approaches)
  • Suggestions for optimising your baby's sleep environment
  • Determining your baby's specific awake times
  • Advice on solids and milk intake to support sleep
  • Wind-down routines for a calm bedtime experience
