Oh hey, I'm Kat!
Mama to Billy, Registered Nurse and Gentle Baby & Toddler Sleep Consultant.
I got started for one simple reason, to help parents like you escape the world of sleep deprivation & worry that comes with a baby who doesn't sleep.
I also used to be you.
After my son Billy was born, I experienced first-hand what it was like to have a baby who didn't sleep. Billy would wake every two hours overnight, and because I was isolated (thanks to COVID) without professional support, getting Billy to sleep was mission impossible.
I was desperately trying everything I could find online, but Billy still wasn't sleeping, no matter how hard I tried.
When the sleep deprivation, worry and constant overwhelm kicked in, I "finally" decided I couldn't do it on my own and reached out to a sleep consultant – this was, hands down, the best decision I EVER made.
After getting the help, I studied to become a Baby & Toddler Sleep Consultant specialising in gentle settling.
Combined with my 10+ years of experience as a registered nurse, these methods have helped over 500+ sleep deprived & overwhelmed parents worldwide get more sleep plus;
