Hi, I’m Kat and I’m your gentle baby and toddler sleep expert, registered nurse and mama to Billy.

Like you, I had a complicated start to my motherhood journey.  Isolated (thanks COVID) and without professional support, getting Billy to sleep was mission impossible.

When the sleep deprivation and constant overwhelm kicked in, I *finally* decided I couldn’t do it on my own and reached out to a sleep consultant.  It was hands down, the best decision I EVER made.
